Responsible for general HR activities and plays a significant role in tracking HR performance against business objectives.

Job Skill

  • Good university degree (minimum of second class lower) in Social Sciences/Masters in HR or MILR would be an added advantage
  • Professionally qualified human resource practitioner or ongoing certification exams
  • Sound knowledge and hands on experience of the implementation of generalist HR tasks – Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation/Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Relations/Communications
  • Good knowledge and usage of business tools for data reporting, and for measuring and tracking HR performance
  •  Sound expertise in designing and implementing surveys
  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical abilities and capacity to design and implement people solutions.
  •  Excellent business writing skills and able to demonstrate experience in policy writing and communication strategies
  • Work experience 3-4years
