Job Title: Business Development Officer
Job Location: Owerri, Imo State
Reports To: The Chief Operating Officer, RegCharles Management Services
Job Description:
a. Marketing and Business development functions in the areas of:
- Business Advisory Services for SMEs
- HR Consulting and outsourcing
- Web Design and management services
- Online marketing services
- Facility Management i.e Residential and Estate Management and Commercial buildings, Hotels, other Organizations
- Operating Leases, haulage and logistics in the areas of Operating Lease, Hire Purchase, Haulage and Logistics to
- hotels and companies
- Tailor made services such as Taxi Cab service etc.
- Contract sourcing from companies, hotels,government organizations.
b. Deal Sourcing and Consummation
Requirement
- Must have a vast database of HNI Contacts, government bodies, hotels and companies in Imo State
- Minimum educational requirement: B.Sc.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years experience with a Facility Management Firm
- Management Consultancy firm , a Haulage Company, etc
