RegCharles Management Services Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Owerri, Imo State
Reports To: The Chief Operating Officer, RegCharles Management Services

Job Description:
a. Marketing and Business development functions in the areas of:

  • Business Advisory Services for SMEs
  • HR Consulting and outsourcing
  • Web Design and management services
  • Online marketing services
  • Facility Management i.e Residential and Estate Management and Commercial buildings, Hotels, other Organizations
  • Operating Leases, haulage and logistics in the areas of Operating Lease, Hire Purchase, Haulage and Logistics to
  • hotels and companies
  • Tailor made services such as Taxi Cab service etc.
  • Contract sourcing from companies, hotels,government organizations.

b. Deal Sourcing and Consummation

Requirement

  • Must have a vast database of HNI Contacts, government bodies, hotels and companies in Imo State
  • Minimum educational requirement: B.Sc.
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years experience with a Facility Management Firm
  • Management Consultancy firm , a Haulage Company, etc
