- Prepare supporting documents, reports, records etc for financial transactions.
- Updating database of customers
- Ensure that customers pay as and when due.
- Liaising with customers as regards collections.
- Invoicing of customers according to contract terms and promptly.
- Ensure collections are made within the stipulated period.
- Ensuring that WHT receipts are followed up and received promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
- BSc/HND in Accounting
- Basic bookkeeping procedures

- Effective Communication

Job Title: Fleet Supervisor

Description:
- Ensure all delivery trucks are dispatched to plan Mechanical and electrical repair works, including timely preventive maintenance & service works, are processed (for both diesel and petrol vehicles)
- Ensure all Required spare parts are ordered timely.
- Ensure all Repair works are done in order to reach a minimum downtime.
- Ensure Safety and reliability of the vehicles is through maintenance and repairs ensured Timely renewals of insurances and registrations of all vehicles is processed.
- Fleet data is analysed and audited.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports Data for fleet audited is surveyed
Qualification and Requirements:
- HND in Transport Management/Logistics.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Good supervisory skills.

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organisational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales (covering relevant areas of operation - eg manufacturing, distribution, administration, whatever falls within remit according to organisation's structure)
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development
- Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Manage and develop direct reporting staff
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
- Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organisation
