Gilead Pharmaceutical Limited is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Duties
- Assist "walk in" clients with their requirements
- Liaise with clients regarding orders, quotes
- Answer and redirect incoming sales calls
- Assist with filling and general admin on an adhoc basis
- Following of general admin procedure
- Undertake all reasonable sales tasks given by the Sales Manager from time to time
Qualification:
- Any related tertiary qualification
- Experience in customer relations
- Must be computer literate
- Staff management experience
- Must be resident in Lagos
Job Title: Management Trainees/Sales Rep
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Ability to close business and bring in sales
- Secure new clients and maintain existing client business.
- Build and maintain long term enduring relationships with clients keeping them constantly updated on line-ups, new rates and industry developments.
- Develop account plans and strategies in line with the overall strategy of the company
- Maintain a high level of relevant industry knowledge.
- Creatively use all sales tools.
- Sales presentations.
- Provide after-sales service to clients in support of the sales function.
- Maintain the positive image of the company.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and firms to establish trust and confidence.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Arts or sciences.
- Prior experience not a must as successful candidates will undergo intense training as relevant to the job
