Gigastreams Consulting - Our client, a retail outlet company based in Ikeja Lagos mainland is seeking suitable and qualified candidates to fill in the role of Admin Managers at their Head Office.
Job Title: Administrative Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Basic Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Retail Team supporting Retail.
- Answering the telephone in a timely polite manner resolving general store enquires where possible.
- Responding to customer and store email enquiries
- Producing ad hoc reports whenever requested
Job Requirements
- 2 years of related professional experience in a retail outlet.
- Use of Microsoft Office tools

Academic Requirements
- Minimum of 2years experience
- 2years in a supervisory role and minimum of 2years relevant experience in the role and in the dry cleaning and laundry industry.
- BSC/ HND in Administration or other relevant degrees
- Masters or MBA
