Job Title: Help Desk Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to callers that is internal and external, on a variety of issues by responding to telephone calls, emails, and "in-office" requests.
- Transfer calls to relevant parties whether inbound or outbound.
- Log all requests and escalate to relevant departments as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Occasionally support recruitment projects.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
- Courier maintenance that is for incoming and outgoing packages.
- Additional responsibilities assigned as necessary.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Call Center experience.
- Minimum of Bachelor degree.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate to Strong Microsoft Office skills; preferably excel and word.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be a self-motivator willing and eager to work in a competitive environment
