Job Title: Help Desk Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to callers that is internal and external, on a variety of issues by responding to telephone calls, emails, and "in-office" requests.
  • Transfer calls to relevant parties whether inbound or outbound.
  • Log all requests and escalate to relevant departments as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Occasionally support recruitment projects.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
  • Courier maintenance that is for incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Additional responsibilities assigned as necessary.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Call Center experience.
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate to Strong Microsoft Office skills; preferably excel and word.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must be a self-motivator willing and eager to work in a competitive environment
