Position: Head, Manufacturing and Engineering
Job description
- Proactively maintain a good cooperation with corporate M&E, local R&D department and other functions of the company.
- Advise the Managing Director on technical investments (Economical, investments, safety, manufacturing, environmental and technical).
- To secure a well trained and motivated staff
- Create and implement a motivated maintenance and manufacturing department.
- Continuous drive for efficiency improvement through hands on management of Manufacturing.
- Proactively participate within the Nigeria Management Team.
- Facilitate the best possible cost of production focused on cost price, production efficiency.
- Minimize scarp and wastages.
- Implement and maintain international standards (ISO, HACCP).
- Secure production in correct timing, cost, quantity and quality.
- Guarantee adequate production reporting on the company’s Nigeria Management.
- Advise the General Manager on any possible improvements in Nigeria factory (Economical, investments, safety, manufacturing, environmental and technical).
- Evaluate, manage and control investment and maintain budgets.

- Bachelor of Engineering ( BEng or BE) - Second Class Upper
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) - Second Class Upper
