Job Description

  • Creating and implementing controls to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Responsible for setting and implementing and monitoring stringent financial policies, procedures and internal controls related to the accounting activities and continually seeking to improve efficiencies and quality of work produced
  • Ensure costs are authorized and in line with agreements and also ensure timely payment liabilities.
  • Auditing financial systems and investigating any irregularities

QUALIFICATION

  • HND/BSc Accountancy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in the use of computer especially, accounting packages such as Navision is compulsory
  • 4 years cognate experience in similar position
  • Membership of ICAN

Job Title: Logistic Officers: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt (specify Branch of Interest)
Job Description

  • Preparation of shipping documents and send them to banks
  • Keeping record of logistics files and documents
  • Liaison with clearing agents
  • Updating of all IRAs and sending same to Alaba
  • Follow up on status of shipping documents
  • Ascertaining and confirming the arrival date of each consignment
  • Updating of shipping documents and send same to London for processing of bill of exchange
  • Registration of all SGD documents brought back by Agents after clearing

QUALIFICATION

  • Social Sciences Graduates- BSc/HND in any of the social sciences or related fields, from recognized Universities or Polytechnics
  • 5 – 6 years experience in a Maritime environment/FMCG company
  • 2 – 3 years hands on experience in shipping and clearing organization
  • Sound knowledge of English language is required, while ability to speak any of the three major Nigerian languages shall be added advantage
  • Should have good knowledge of computer applications such as MS office
  • Should be pleasurable personality, cost conscious, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Must be willing to travel at short notice and even be ever ready to relocate

Job Title: Service Centre Supervisors Enugu, Onitsha, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Warri, Abeokuta, Ilorin, Aba, Lagos
Job Description

  • Manage proper spare part inventory
  • Manage defective stocks (customers/SIMS)
  • Compilation of reports and analysis
  • Ensure safety of the Tool Kits and other company properly
  • To implement effective cost control measures
  • Effective warranty claim management

QUALIFICATION

  • Engineering graduate with BSc/HND in Electrical/Electronics from a recognized University or Polytechnic
  • 5 – 7 years work experience in Service Centre of a consumer Electronics/Telecom company at a supervisory level
  • Should have sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skill, knowledge of any local Nigerian language is an added advantage
  • Must be of pleasurable personality and willing to travel at short notice and ready to relocate
