Job Title: Manager – Enterprise Applications and IT
Job Objective/ Purpose of Job:
- This position will provide process, functional and technical leadership for the development, implementation, support and maintenance of enterprise applications across the Healthcare Service Provider Group.
Job Duties/ Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business leads to understand their process, functional and technical requirements and translate these requirements into application enhancements.
- Assist with the planning and implementation and day to day management of business continuity activities inclusive – of back-ups and restoration processes and other business risk and mitigation activities.
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day performance of the enterprise applications and integrated systems. Inclusive of related technology platforms (hardware, operating system, network, hardware and applications functionality).
- Work with business managers to manage the availability planning and change management for all enterprise applications – inclusive of defining and executing pro-active and scheduled maintenance activities – patches, upgrades and customizations and so on.
- Responsible for incident management, problem management, quality assurance and application testing for the enterprise applications.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Qualification:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Qualification:
- One or more of the following IT related certifications will be desired:
- MCSE, MCP, MCSA, ITIL and (Oracle / SAP) certification tracks.
Experience:(Dimension and No of years)
- 8+ years of experience in ERP applications administration – specialist knowledge, expertise and experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise applications (such as Oracle, SAP) and related applications architectures and platforms.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of IT general and application access controls, including end-user computing tools in a complex cross-functional organization
- 6+ years of experience in database administration – advanced knowledge, expertise and experience in managing relational databases and SQL Programming Language, Oracle RDBMS, DB2, SQL Server), Data Modelling, Data Warehouses, Single-Sign-On.
- 6+ years of experience in systems administration – advanced knowledge of MS Server, Unix and Linux operating systems.
- 8+ years of experience in leading software development, implementation and administration teams in all aspects of the SDLC with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Application Architecture, Client Server, Web-based applications and Internet Systems architectures.
- IT Management – must be fully conversant with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles. Evidence of training in one or more modules will be an advantage.
Others: (Preferred – but not required)
- Experience and understanding of the Integrated Healthcare industry model.
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
Functional/ Technical:

Job Title: Manager – Network and Infrastructure

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Manage the operations, implementation of LAN, WAN and Internet related services – ensuring all related service level parameters are defined and met.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in defining LAN and WAN related SLS and ensuring such SLS parameters are monitored, managed, reported and achieved.
- Manage the specification, standardization, installation, maintenance of all computing platforms (desktop, servers, SAN and so on) based on business requirements and IT strategic plan.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Qualification:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Qualification:
- One or more of the following IT related certifications will be desired:
- CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CISSP, ITIL and other related certification tracks.
Experience:(Dimension and No of years)
- 5+ years in managing high performance data center oriented and distributed computing platforms and infrastructure – covering software and hardware.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IP network design, planning, implementation and support – extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN multi-layered routing, switching and security configurations; 3+ in a team leadership and managerial position.

Preferred – but not required
- Experience and understanding of the Integrated Healthcare industry model.
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
Functional/ Technical:
- Data communication systems – extensive, expert level knowledge including hardware, software and applications such as routing, switching, firewall, IDS/IPS, VoIP, load balancing, sniffing and packet analysis.
- IT Management – must be fully conversant with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles. Evidence of training in one or more modules will be an advantage.
- IT general and application access controls, including end-user computing tools in a complex cross-functional organization.
- Knowledge of Cisco devices and IOS to include Catalyst switches, routers, VPN concentrators, ACS, PIX firewall, Content switches, IDS.
- Network security and associated practices – must be fully conversant with applicable frameworks and methodologies; and possess or be working towards a Network and or Information Security related certification.
- Systems administration – advanced knowledge of MS Server, Unix and Linux operating systems.
- Networking technologies – advanced level knowledge including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, anti-virus/malware, web content filtering/policy enforcement, WAN technologies including T3/T1/ISDN, DSL, Frame Relay.etc.
