Job description
The Back Office Agent is responsible for follow up all complaints and requests from customer received by email or coming from other department.
The Back Office Agent is also responsible for keeping customers updated by calling them back.
Problem solving and efficiency, will also be a key part of their role.
Good Communication Skills.
Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 1 year experience in Problem solving Skills
* At least 1 year experience in Handling customer queries
* At least 1 year experience in Tele Calling
* English: Fluent
Preferred
* Bachelors Degree
* At least 2 years experience in Problem solving Skills
* At least 2 years experience in Handling customer queries
* At least 2 years experience in Tele Calling
