BSS Consulting Limited - Our client, a leading Human Resource Practitioner company with clients in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing Power, Security, Telecom, Banking and Hospitality across the country, is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Accounting / Payroll Officer 

Key Responsibilities

Prepare budget for the company
Prepare cash flow for the company and any other duties assigned by the managing director

Qualification / Requirements

Candidate must possess a good degree in any social science and professional qualification in HR will be required to,among other things.
At least 2nd class degree / HND, plus professional qualifications in Accounting, will be required to prepare payroll of staff
2-5 years in the Nigeria Market.

POSITION : Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and utilize an effective workforce
Screen and recruit prospective employees
Determine the training needs of our clients / staff and able to train others
Prepare human resources forecasts
Develop human compensation system and have a deep understanding of laws that affect labour relations

Qualifications

Candidate must possess a good degree in any social science and professional qualification in HR will be required to be among other things.
At least 2nd class degree, plus professional qualifications in HR.
