Job Title: Senior Manager Enterprise Solutions Corporate Accounts

Job Description:
•Provide leadership to the account team for the horizontal sector of top 80 key accounts (corporate, carrier and Government), towards meeting and exceeding targets for profitability and revenues as agreed with the GM Enterprise Solutions Sales.
•Develop a contact strategy and maintain an Account Development Plan (ADP) for each of the allocated accounts.
•Develop a pipeline of prospects which are systematically qualified, managing the decision-making process within the account to ensure sales opportunities are closed.
•Exercise thought leadership at strategic level within the allocated accounts by demonstrating an understanding of the business strategies and communications dependencies of the customer; communicate MTNN Enterprise Solutions compelling value proposition.
•Ensure integrated channel management, supported by appropriate systems such as CRM; use knowledge management to increase the professionalism of account management.
•Identify and adopt relevant global and local best practices in selling MTN enterprise solutions sales to customers within the horizontal sector.
•Provide sales performance data to support management decision-making.

Reporting To: General Manager, ES Sales
Required Skills:
•A first degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
•Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage
•12 years work experience which includes:
•Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
•4-5 years experience in Sales Management
•2 -3 years experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics.
•Experience in managing a sales force in an ICT/Telecoms environment will be an advantage.
