 Job Description
    * Oversee company- wide recruitment &selection
    * Job description, competency & performanceindicators drafting
    * Oversee company- wide training and development
    * Oversee company- wide performance evaluationand management
    * Oversee company- wide employee relationsschemes & initiatives
    * Oversee Personnel record keeping
    * Oversee company- wide rewards and benefitsadministration
    * Confidential advice to internal customers inrelation to problems at work
    * Oversee company- wide grievance anddisciplinary handling            
    * Oversee company- wide career development
    * Oversee company- wide redundancy/termination of hire
    * Oversee company- wide manpower planning & employee audits
    * Oversee auxiliary and contract staff
    * Oversee company-wide benefits and compensation
    * Oversee staff appraisals and monitoring thecompany performance appraisal systems
    * Update and edit of staff payroll andsuggesting and implementing new and updates pay packages in line with companysalary structure and pay grades
    * Oversee the company’s HRpolicies and make amendments or additions as and when necessary
    * Create and implementmotivational programs and techniques for staff
    * Create and Implementcompany induction, orientation and training programmes
    * Ensure companycompliance with all Nigerian labour laws
