Job Description

Develope new client base and leads
Make contact with selected clients and maintain client database
Initiate and close deals.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to effectively build strong relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
Excellent people and client management skills arrange multiple conflicting priorities and responsibilities.
Ability to synthesize multiple points and/or sources of data.
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Particularly detail oriented.
Be self-directed and motivated.
Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
Must be able to meet set targets.
