A leading property development company currently engaged in the development of a large residential estate is seeking to engage dynamic professional to fill the following position.
POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER
LOCATION: LAGOS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-To set, implement and monitor stringent financial policies, procedures and controls related to the company
-Creates and implements controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records
-Responsible for preparing periodic financial reports for management’s information and decision making
-Provides exceptional leadership and supervision to the finance and accounts team.
-Reports to the Managing Director on activities of the financial affairs of the organization.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
-BSC in Accounting
-Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA
-Must possess minimum of ten (10) years post qualification relevant experience with at least three (3) years in supervisory role
-Knowledge of property and real estate development will be a definite advantage.
