The Enugu State College of Education (Technical) Enugu therefore invites appilcations from suitably qualified candidates (lnternal and External) for appointment into the below position:

POSITION : Registrar

Duties

The candidate must have attained the position of a Deputy Registrar at least for six years in an institution of higher learning.
The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the College and is responsble to the Provost for the day to day Admlnistration of the College.
H/She is a Principal Officer and Head of Registry Division.
He/She is also the Secretery to the Governing Council, Academic Board and other Statutory Committees.
He/She is responsible for keeping the record of the Institution

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should possess a good honours Degree in any of the Arts/Social Sciences/Humanities from a recognized Institution plus at least 17 years cognate experience, or a holder of Masters Degree from a recognized institution plus 15 years cognate experlence, or a holder of a Doctorate Degree plus 12 years cognate experience.
Possession of higher Degree in Educational Administration and Planning will be an added advantage.
Age requirement is a minimum of 35 years.

Terms of Appointment/Conditions of Service

Terms and conditions of service are the same as those obtainable in comparable State Tertiary Institution in the country.

POSITION : Provost

Duties

The Provost is the academic and Chief Executive Officer of the College and shall be responsible for the execution of the policy decisions of the Council and day to day administration of the College.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must possess at least a Doctorate Degree in a Teaching subect, in the field of Education preferably a subject taught in the College, from a recognized institution plus at least 12 years cognate experience, and a professional teaching qualification.
He/She must have attained the postion of a Chief Lecturer or equivalent in an institution of higher learning.
Also He/She must be registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria.
The Candidate must show evidence of ability to provide academic and administrative leadership.
Age requirement is a minimum of 35 years.
