Our operations are going from strength to strength and we seek an experienced, career minded Account Manager to initially join the well established Sales & Technical Recruitment team in the Lagos office in Nigeria. We will be focusing on ambitious, self-motivated individuals, who are looking for an international career.

Job description
You will be:
responsible for establishing a customer portfolio and defining an annual business plan from this;
supported by a dedicated Technical Recruitment Team in the delivery of high caliber candidate solutions to your customers;
responsible for ensuring commercial and contractual compliance for the business you generate;
willing to travel (as required) throughout Nigeria to generate and secure your business;

 

Job requirements
Profile requirements:
degree education (or equivalent) in a Technical and/or Commercial field;
7 – 10 years of work experience;
3 – 5 years Account Manager experience;
excellent oral and written command of the French and English language;
strong with numbers and contract terminology;
strong business developer and negotiator;
strong emphasis on relationship management;
