JOB DESCRIPTION: CONTENT ANALYST
The Content Analyst shall:
- Work with Content Writer(s)/Analyst(s)/Editor(s) to develop exciting and engaging content for TMC Website (www.TweakMyContent.com) and Social Media pages (@TweakMyContent on Twitter and Instagram; LinkedIn; Google+; YouTube)
- Research, develop and implement creative content plans for clients
- Participate in capacity building/trainings focused on developing core technical (writing and editing), project management and general self-leadership skills
- Manage own career growth by working with the Creative Lead and Content Manager to set SMART goals, reflecting on results, and actively seeking and providing feedback on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Write and Edit a broad range of content for clients, including:
- Individual clients:
- CV’s/Resumes; Cover Letters; Professional profiles; Personal and Professional Blogs/Articles/Essays; Admission/Scholarship Essays
- Corporate (mostly MSME’s)
- Company Profiles; Brochures; Newsletters; Magazines; Cover Letters; Annual Reports; Proposals; Business Plans
- Others, including Non-Profits/NGO’s; and Faith-Based Organisations (FBO’s)
- Support training initiatives organized by TweakCentric Solutions; serve as a trainer as might be required from time to time
- Represent the organization at business meetings, industry events and other engagements, including pitching to prospective clients for new business opportunities/leads
- Perform any other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time
