POSITION : Field / Retail Sales Officer
The purpose is to assist customers in finding and purchasing the required product in a retail environment. To encourage customers and convince them to purchase our company selling products.
Age: 25 above.
Responsibility:
- Recommend, select and help locate the right customer
- Describe a product's features and benefits to demonstrate use and operation of the product
- Answer customer queries regarding our selling product
- Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products
- Sharing of flyers and handbill
- Market survey
- Route Map and monthly plan
- Roll up banners and posters
- Market stand or location
- Ticket, arrange and display strategies to promote sales.
- Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
- Helping for budgeting plans on product flow
- Maintain sales records
- Recognize and monitor security issues
- Arrange and display Event planning
- Keep the selling product area tidy
- Maintain records related to sales.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant
Qualification and Experience
Qualification: HND, BSC etc.
Experience in Hospitality and tourism sector
Skills
- Good communication skills, Customer service orientation, Patience, Adaptability Initiative, Persuasiveness, Stress tolerance, high energy level Integrity etc.
- Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
Salary
Between 50,000 to 70,000
POSITION : Field / Retail Sales Manager
The main purpose is to gather marketing survey Information from difference perspective location in order to ascertain product selling point.
Age: 28 above.
Areas of Discipline & Responsibility:
- Setting marketing/sales research aims and objectives/activity plan
- Liaising with clients, research personnel and technical development with the team along with local Vendor
- Producing project plans and cost effective to ascertain product flow
- Collecting, recording, analyzing and interpreting data of producing flyers and handbills/face bill
- Observing field conditions to ascertain security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle the situation in case may be.
- Following strict test guidelines on the marketing location
- Writing technical publications and reports to showcase the product
- Keeping up to date with current developments and budgeting plans
- Making presentations promotion and advertisement
- Coordinating with the team to roll up Banner and posters
- Coordinating with the team to mark stand or locations
- Ticket, arrange and display strategies to promote sales.
- Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
- Report and recommendation.

Qualification and Experience
- Qualification: HND, BSC etc.
- Experience in Hospitality and tourism sector

- Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift large amounts of stock.
- You should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales i.e. retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, sports equipment etc.
- Able to work as part of a sales team.

SALARY RANGE Between 80,000 to 100,000
