Business Development Manager works with the organisation to proffer our solar power solution to clients.

Responsibilities

Identify client requirement and provide product, project, knowledge based solution of our power plant technology from primary faculty evaluation to implementation and closure.

Drive the complete sales cycle for secured projects (Solar KVA/MW plant implementation) including enquiry generation, offer submission, techno-commercial discussion, financial negotiation, contract signing etc.

Map and approach the complete list of promoters who are investing in Solar MW under Lagos state and national schemes.

Map and approach the complete list of customers who utilize power up to and above 100KVA

Liaise and coordinate between client and company project / technical team to achieve end benefits of project deliverables with each milestone.

This contract offers you (0.5%) on the total project cost successfully initiated and closed by you which is calculated as 10% commission on the 5% accrued to us from our partner. Our partner company makes full payment within 45 days after project commissioning.

This new role takes effect from the date of sign and can be terminated by either party upon 1 month notice except in cases of health or integrity issues.

This contract exclusivity right is granted to Rexous for Lagos area only, notwithstanding you can source projects across Nigeria on behalf of Rexous.

You are to represent the company as a reputable ambassador only within this contract and project scope.

You are expected to report via emails daily work (plan, report, clients, follow-up, etc.) and be available for sales meetings/trainings without fail and also respond anytime to management call for duties.

Your assignment entails you maintain an effective database of clients (past and present) and manage their preference regarding solar plant project.

All the company assets (data, information, tools etc.) should be managed with utmost integrity.

You are agreeing to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on all information regarding this project with your acceptance of this contract.

You are expected in meetings and review to present scenarios and data with regards to the business ad client facing and to inform management on a weekly basis.

QUALIFICATION/SKILL

  • Minimum BSc/HND degree
  • 5 to 10 years of sales and business development experience
  • Sales and relationship management skill
  • Organising and planning skills
  • Entrepreneurial skills
  • Negotiation and request handling skill
  • Presentation and communication skill
  • Understanding of the power sector infrastructure needs and management
  • Relationships with consultants, corporations, contractors, managers, who have need for power
  • Self motivated, accountable, ambitious and ability to work with little or no supervision.
