POSITION : Head of Marketing and Brand Development
Responsibilities
- Chief Evangelist of company to Businesses and Consumers in Lagos and Beyond
- Create and Drive Marketing and Brand Development for the company - People, Products and Services
- Design and execute detailed data-driven marketing and brand development strategy
- Develop and implement creative and innovative out-of-the-box marketing campaigns
- Execute engaging digital marketing campaigns, offline marketing campaigns and content strategy
- Research and activate new brand development channels
- Oversee Social Media Engagement - IG, FB, Tw, LinkedIn, Snapchat
- Manage creation, publishing and distribution of engaging images/articles/videos/content
- Deliver daily/weekly performance targets across all marketing/engagement channels
- Discover events and communities, and leverage them to grow the company Brand
- Research and activate a diverse range of distribution channels for maximum visibility
- Develop and leverage strategic partnerships and agencies to grow the company Brand
Requirements
- Consummate Growth Hacker - With track record of building new brands into household names
- 5 years+ experience in New Media, Digital Advertising, Marketing and Brand Development
- Global worldview (and experience), self-starter and strong entrepreneurial instincts
- Team builder with ability to inspire others towards a compelling vision
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility for achievement
- Strong analytical / problem solving skills
- Obsessed with detail; Meticulous time manager
- Strong written and oral communication
