POSITION : Recruitment Analyst
Description
- The successful candidate(s) will be responsible sourcing, recruiting and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions.
- He/She will be responsible for creating and posting of job descriptions.
Functions
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

POSITION : Office Administrator
Description
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing, managing and controlling meeting Memos and correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply and office need requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports on DATA and general management of office documents.
- Be the GO-TO person as it relates to all administrative documents and processes within the office.
- Be the executive assistant to the MD and ensures adequate management of calendar, meetings and all major activities.
