Transnational HCS (THCS) - Our client, provides Seismic, Geophysical, Reservoir Characterization and ICT/Big Data solutions for Exploration, Development & Production projects in the Oil and Gas Industry.
POSITION : Personal Assistant to CEO
Requirements
The candidate must have/satisfy these Qualifications/Experience requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (2.1 or above) or HND (Distinction or above) in Secretariat Studies, HR Management, Law, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. A relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage;
- Excellent computer literacy (msoffice: Word, Excel, powerpoint & Internet) and hands-on experience in secretarial function;
- Three (3) years of well-rounded experience in the provision of efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the MD/CEO of a major organisation, helping him to manage and prioritise time, arranging appointments, ticketing, hotel & accommodation reservations;
- Capacity to resolve complex issues in smart, intelligent, and bold ways that mirror the leadership image of the CEO;
- Smart, self-assured, well-travelled, pleasant, mature, and enthusiastic personality, with a positive and modern mindset to tight and broad schedules
