Harbour Human Capital Solutions Limited (HHCS) - We are recruiting to fill the position below:
POSITION : Chief Operating Officer
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate plant activities to ensure the total manufacturing and financial objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Manage processing schedules and production orders to ensure optimal and efficient management of inventory, Staffing, work procedures and schedules.
- Manage operations to resolve production or processing problems and manage the staff of the Company.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification.
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance, environmental, health and safety programs.
- Manage the financial performance of the operations meeting the annual budget and profit plan.
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
- University degree/HND.
- A minimum of 15 years experience in similar role.
- Proven track record in operational management, leadership, people development, business systems and financial management.
