JOB TITLE : ASSISTANT HR MANAGER (PROCESSES)
JOB LOCATION: NIGERIA

DUTIES
- Drive recruitment and selection for all categories of employees
- Maintain Organogram charts and establishment figures periodically
- Generate recruitment reports and co-ordinate preparation of HR monthly reports as required
- Conduct reference checks and credential verification for employees as at and when due
- Review HR policies, procedures and process flows
REQUIREMENTS:
- Organised and results-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- A team player that works well under pressure
- Able to manage time efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Must exhibit creativity and take initiative
QUALIFICATION:
- First degree
- Associate member of CIPM
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment
