JOB TITLE: FINANCE ASSISTANT
JOB REFERNECE CODE: UNOPS/VA/2012-004
LEVEL: LOCAL ICA3
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing direct support for projects management and general support to the Finance officers, and the operation office.
- Assistance in information-gathering for budget preparation
- Maintain overview of bank account levels, cash in bank and replenishment
- Assistance in the maintenance of the budget database by verifying and inputting approved budgets
- Ensure the use of accounting codes &certifications of services rendered or delivered.
- Analysis of financial reports, investigation and adjustment as required
- Check all receipt supporting claims for reimbursable expenses
- Contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice
- Any other duties as may be required
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree/HND in Finance and Accounting or related subject
- Certifications in accounting may be an added advantage
- 4 years of relevant experience preferably in Finance and accounting
- Computer literate and knowledge of Accounting soft wares.
JOB TITLE: : PERSONAL ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing direct support for project management and general support to Admin/HR Officer and the operation office.
- Provides administrative and human resources support and oversee the secretariat work of the project offices
- Maintain an up-to –date inventory of all project assets for approval by supervisor
- Participate in office procurement processes
- Schedule and provides records for meetings
- Drafting correspondence related to current affairs
- Any other duties may be required
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree/HND in business administration or related subject
- 4 years of relevant experience in general administration function
- Experience with UN system or international NGO may be an added advantage
JOB TITLE: LOGISTIC/TRANSPORT ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe and secure storage of all office equipment
- Arrangement of vehicles transportations, regular vehicles maintenance and insurance
- Provide logistics support to all conferences, workshops & retreats
- Performance of buyers role in ATLAS& preparation of POS for travel activities
- Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of secondary school or equivalent
- At least 4years Of administrative/operational experience in logistics and related field
- Experience working with UN systems or international NGO may be added advantage
- Strong field experience and valid driving licence
JOB TITLE: DRIVER
REFERNECE CODE: UNOPS/VA/2012-007
LEVEL: LOCAL ICA3
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving of office or projects vehicles for transport of authorities personnel
- Collect and deliver mails, documents and other items
- Receive and take visitors to and fro Airport, assisting with immigration formalities as required.
- Ensure that all vehicles comply with the minimum operating security standards(MOSS)
- Take care of day to day maintenance of assigned vehicles, check oil. Water and breaks
- Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes and greasing
- Perform related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Secondary School education is required
- At least 3years driving experience preferably with UN systems or international NGO
- Driver’s licence at least 3years old
- Elementary motor mechanic skills
