POSITION : General Manager
Description
To manage general operations and administrative functions and ensure company profitability.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning of the organization
- Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities.
- Identify, design and implement new business opportunities.
- Conducts surveys/ site inspection to gather data needed in design preparation.
- Prepares preliminary design sketches for all projects, including cost estimates.
- Manage the staff, the customers, company budget, and the assets.
- Oversee Human Resource and staff management units.
- Organize and implement client’s satisfaction relations.
Specifications
- Degree in relevant field. An MBA would be an added advantage.
- Project Management Certification
- Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience
- Minimum of 40 years of age
Competencies:
- Have a vast working knowledge of plants and their technical names
- Have knowledge of horticulture, floriculture and aquaculture
- Be in touch with best international practice in horticulture
- Read, analyze, and interpret financial reports
- Effectively communicate and present information to employees, top management, and customers
- Build, lead and assess teams
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
- Expertise in Autocad, revit, Studio max, Sketch it
- Excellent Communication skills required.
Remuneration
N 400,000 per month.
