POSITION : Head of Operations

 Responsibilities

  • Source for potential new clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization.
  • Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Managing Director informed of all critical issues
  • Increases management's effectiveness by orienting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers and their downlines where neccessary; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Devise and implement strategies for meeting sales performance targets

Qualifications

  • Min. of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in similar role.

Salary
Industry competitive + commissions.
