POSITION : Operations Supervisor(Intern)
Description
RYNO is looking to hire an intern as an Operations Supervisor.
- Manage day-to-day fleet operation activities.
- Supervising driver team ansd ensuring working planning, training and HSE standards.
- Managing vehicle allocation and planning in advance.
- Managing all vehicle documents.
- HSE internal auditing to keep the vehicles compliant as per HSE standards.
- Review of weekly and monthly reports and summarizing pertinent points.
- Coordinating the acquisition and maintenance of vehicles.
Skills
- Minimum of a university degree.
- Driving license, off road knowledge, logistics.
- People management experience.
- Understanding of compliance and risk management.
- Understanding of safety culture and management.
- Well-developed problem solving and organizational skills and attention to detail.
