POSITION : Head Of Operations
Responsibilities
- Share in knowledge dissemination, reporting, and communications.
- Increases management's effectiveness by orienting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers and their downlines where neccessary; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Devise and implement strategies for meeting sales performance targets
- Source for potential new clients.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization.
- Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Managing Director informed of all critical issues
Qualification
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing or related field
- 5 years experience in similar role
- Construction industry knowledge will be an added advantage
Salary
- Industry competitive + commissions
