POSITION : Virtual Office Manager

Responsibilities

Report directly to the group managing Director and will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan and the policy particularly in the area of business development and marketing, operation and profitability of the virtual office division of the company in line with the vision of the board of directors.

Requirements

  • Must possess minimum of 10 years diverse working experience, 5 of which must be in a senior management position in a virtual office/hub environment.
  • An excellent communicator with strong people management skills and the ability to engage and motivate teams especially those who are matrix in the following areas; Sales and Marketing, IT/Technical, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and Account.
  • Postgraduate degree preferably MBA will be an advantage but not compulsory.
