POSITION : Operations Supervisor

 Description

• Delegate work to other staff
• Ensure that hotel is running according to the standards
• Report all security breaches.
• Will work closely with the manager to ensure that the operations of the hotel is running smoothly.
• Attend to all guests, and ensure that all their needs are taken care of
• Supervise other hotel staff

Requirements

• Must have some marketing skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Accommodation is available on premises.
• Must be computer literate
