POSITION : Production Manager
Responsibilities
- Prepare report, analyze data and make recommendations for improving plan operations and solving maintenance related problems
- Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CIMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment
- Implement approved preventive and predictive maintenance plans and programs to ensure the availability, reliability and efficiency of equipment
- Plan and coordinate production engineering
- Plan, organize and ensure efficient and timely production of goods within budget and to standard
- Assist with planning and implementing plant improvement and expansion
Qualification
- B.Sc. Food Technology Engineering or Applied Sciences
- Member NIFST (Nigerian Institute of Food Science & technology)
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing operations
- 2+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
Requirements:
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent Managerial and leadership skills
- Electrical, plumbing, management, maintenance, welding, carpentry signs
- Experienced in equipment repairs and maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow up skills.
