JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As a business developer, you will be responsible for building up business through gaining new customers and accounts.Heavy Prospecting activities.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  • Planning and preparing presentations.
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with prospects and clients
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Work on development of marketing literature
  • Administering accounts and writing reports
  • Providing management with market feedback.
  • Understanding the market and competitors products
  • Good communications skills, both writing and verbally
  • To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
  • Very positive attitude
  • Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
  • Confidence presenting to large groups of people
  • A smart appearance and professional manner
  • To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge, and a keen interest in IT issues
  • The ability to interpret technical language for non-technical people
  • The ability to write reports and proposals
  • The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products and services.
  • Visiting potential clients.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRMENT

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Electronics, Information Management Systems or any related field.
  • At least 4 years relevant experience.
  • Must have Good Business Sense
  • Must have marketing skills
  • Must have good knowledge of products
  • Must have strong presentation skills
  • Must have an Understanding about CPN products and competitors’ product
  • Must be self motivated but able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Good Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail
  • Must be honest
  • Must possess a pro active and flexible attitude
  • Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skill.
