POSITION : Office Administrator
Responsibilities
- Managing petty cash/float. Disbursement and record keeping of same for diesel, stationery, transport e.t.c
- Keeping record of all company transactions and working on financial accounts along with company auditor on a quarterly basis.
- Liaising with potential clients via telephone, email and occasionally in person.
- Prepare and ensure delivery of invoices to clients.
- Day to day accurate bookkeeping.
- Keeping track of invoices and payment status of each.
- Keeping company records and files up-to-date.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company office at all times.
- Liaising with contractors and vendors that service the company and ensure seamless delivery of service and payment for same.
Requirements
- B.Sc/ HND in any relevant field.
- 1-2 Years experience in a similar role.
- Accounting qualification is an advantage.
