POSITION : Office Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Managing petty cash/float. Disbursement and record keeping of same for diesel, stationery, transport e.t.c
  • Keeping record of all company transactions and working on financial accounts along with company auditor on a quarterly basis.
  • Liaising with potential clients via telephone, email and occasionally in person.
  • Prepare and ensure delivery of invoices to clients.
  • Day to day accurate bookkeeping.
  • Keeping track of invoices and payment status of each.
  • Keeping company records and files up-to-date.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company office at all times.
  • Liaising with contractors and vendors that service the company and ensure seamless delivery of service and payment for same.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/ HND in any relevant field.
  • 1-2 Years experience in a similar role.
  • Accounting qualification is an advantage.
