House Affairs Nigeria Limited is a newly floated company for the business of operating a one-stop market for building materials at various strategic locations in Nigeria beginning with the present site on Km 40, Lagos-Ibadan Express Way, Mowe-Ibafo, Ogun State. The company is a subsidiary of Na’ Allah Investments Limited which has successfully carried out a number of businesses in the country.
Na Allah Investments Limited was incorporated on the 12th April, 2002 and started active business later in the year with the operation of a service station under a franchise of Texaco. The Texaco service station is located a three-acre-land at Km 40 Lagos Ibadan Expressway, near the present site of the builders market.
After Texaco service station is the operation of Dulux Colour Centre franchise with the CAP Plc, manufacturers of Dulux paints. Since inception, we have opened one Dulux Colour Centre each in Victoria Island and Ikeja with a Dulux Colour Shop in Ilorin. Thus, we have three sales outlets for the Dulux paints. We have also invested in the production of poultry feeds under the brand name of Standard Feeds but had to close due to some peculiar challenges of the feeds industries.
Having undertaken various businesses and recorded resounding success and stability in them, especially the colour centres, we feel challenged to delve into distribution and sale of other aspect of building materials hence the birth of House Affair Nigeria Limited.
At House Affairs Nigeria Limited, we deal in all forms of building materials within one location. Thus, it is a one stop market for building materials, be it a premium product or standard products sand, gravel, Iron rod, woods and planks, items for plumbing, ceilings, roofing, panting, etc; are some of the items we deal in
We are resolved to stock quality building materials for various segment of the society at affordable and competitive prices that buyers may not even obtain in the popular building material market in Lagos.
INTERNAL AUDITOR
REQUIREMENTS:
BSC Accounting and/or Finance 3-4 years Audit experience relevant professional qualification, a plus, if has knowledge of sage pastel.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
B.S Hons. in Humanities, minimum of 3 years experience, excellent written/oral communicator.
Relevant professional qualification.
