Qualified Pharmacist with extensive experience in pharma manufacturing within structured multinational/international environment.
Working experience in production management, QA/QC, preventive maintenance, plant management, S&OP process, TQM & Lean manufacturing as well as NPD launching (from development to commercialization).
At least 15 years experience

Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the successful operation of the manufacturing plant
Own/Deliver against financial targets, budgeting & P&L for the plant
Deliver against performance targets, consistently hitting plant’s targets for productivity
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, anticipate new requirement and propose related strategies.
