POSITION : Business Development Consultant

 

 Requirements

  • Relevant academic qualifications; five years' work experience selling Training and Consulting services to public and private sector clients;
  • Able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Self Motivated;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Neat and corporate personal appearance;
  • Computer proficiency; Able to multitask; 
  • Strong work and productivity ethics;
  • Able to deliver on timelines, activity and revenue targets; 
  • Professionalism;
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Interpersonal skills; Presentation skills; Customer focus;
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills. 

 Responsibilities

  • Promote sales and secure business from existing and prospective clients;
  • Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential clients and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs;
  • Manage existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients;
  • Make daily telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients;
  • Updating daily activity and result reports on a CRM;
  • Resolve customer complaints;
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks and targets.
