1.) SAP Implementation Manager

Role Summary:
The manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the roll out and implementation of SAP and ensure that the project is completed on time, within the budget and to the satisfaction of end users.
Responsibilities:
Defines the objectives of the implementation.
Creates the project plan, defines the strategic implications of the project and determines the requirement to achieve a successful implementation.
Oversees projects effectively through all stages from planning, designing, realization and go-live support.
Participates in the establishment of technical direction required with the IT team to ensure a glitch free working environment.
Responsible for the development, budgeting and management of support requirements for user items such as software, equipment maintenance and outsourcing agreements.
Coordinate software system installation and monitor functioning to ensure specifications are met.
Directs the delivery of process transformation, technology initiative and change management within the business.
Ensures the configurations for each module representing the business area are complete.
Monitors the project activities of the vendors to ensure is in line with the project plan.
Checks the log sheet containing specific tasks of project team members and addresses complicated issue.
Create plans for user training and acceptance
Create communication plan as necessary to guide roll out
Reports back progress of implementation to management on a weekly basis
Any other duties as necessary to ensure successful rollout and user acceptance
Requirements:
Minimum of B. Sc/Eng. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering SAP Certifications
6+ years experience in a similar role
Full Knowledge of SAP – hands on installation and maintenance
Good project management skills
Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance , best practice and methodologies
Strong customer service
Excellent communication skills
Self motivated with keen attention to details
Demonstrate experience of successfully completing similar projects

2.) Pharmacist

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for dispensing medications and related supplies using accepted pharmaceutical techniques according to prescription.
Job Responsibilities
Dispensation of Drugs:
Dispenses medications following prescriptions by the doctor.
Performs or oversees the performance of packaging, labeling, measuring, charging, and recording medications issued to patient.
Reviews prescriptions for appropriateness of therapy to and ensure correct dosage.
Advises patients on potential drug interactions, possible side effects, storage information, and instructions on how to use medications.
Management of Records:
Management of drugs distribution to various company sites
Compute charges for medication issued to patients with determination of knowing when the personnel has exceeded 10% medicals allowance.
Keeps proper record of drugs issued out to patients.
Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge system files, inventories, control records for controlled drugs
Store Keeping:
Maintain inventories, orders, and supply of drugs to the Clinic in the data base.
General /specific drugs stocking /packing with bill cards
Proper Storage and retrieval of drugs from the store.
Receive and store incoming supplies, verify quantities against invoices, and inform supervisors of stock needs and shortages
Plan, implement, and maintain procedures for mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals, according to policy and legal requirements, to ensure quality, security, and proper disposal
Requirement
BSC in Pharmacy.
4+ years experience in a similar role

Knowledge of computer applications
knowledge of: medical terminology and abbreviations; pharmaceutical terms and drug names Knowledge of drugs interactions
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.

Requirement
BL , Minimum of 2.2 in Law, ICSAN professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years post call in a similar role
Experience in Oil and Gas will be an added advantage.
