Purpose of Role:
Brilliant Execution of Reserve strategy
-Identify and manage brand and sales development opportunities within the Reserve Portfolio, motivate relevant budget and resources to capture potential
-Executing brand delivered activities in outlets (ranging from consumer tasting though to visibility solutions)
Great performance
-Interpret and analyse information in respect of account, consumer, competitor activity and opportunities for sales and brand development.
Leadership of the brands on the ground
-Establish mutually beneficial annual business plans with customers based on an agreed portfolio strategy
Top Accountabilities:
Deliver excellent business performance on Reserve brands in Nigeria by
-Managing and building strong trade relationships and industry networks through the representation of the Reserve Brands Portfolio.
-Educate customers and customer’s staff about product intrinsic, heritage and authenticity, thus developing the premium appreciation and awareness of our brands.
-Facilitate excellent execution of QDVP3 sales drives in support of agreed annual business plans with Reserve Brands’ customers
-Interact with and influence top end consumers on brand choice within selected on-trade and premium events environments
Qualifications and Experience required:
-Graduate with 5 years minimum working experience
-Problem Solving skills
-Good communication skills – written and verbal
-Experienced driver with valid license
-Target driven & Result oriented
-Creative/ innovative
-Commercial experience and understanding, preferably within FMCG environment.
-Understanding of the total alcoholic drinks market
-On Trade experience (either retail or supplier) advantageous

-Ability to identify emerging trends and insights,should also be tenacious in translating this knowledge into commercial actions quickly.
-Demonstrate high level self-organisation and good time management.
