POSITION : Account Officer
Duties and Responsibility
- Prepare and submit customer invoices
- Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
- Enters data into computer systems using defined computer programs.
- Generate Accounting reports and submit weekly
- Prepares and report monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Statement of Revenue and Expenses, and Statement of Cash Flow
- Prepare and distribute payroll checks
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
- Must be knowledgeable and have practical experience regarding basic computer skills, including Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Performs other general office duties as assigned
Qualification and Experiences
- Polytechnic or university account in Accounting
- Candidate should have 2 years relevant experience
