BeepTool Communications & Integrated Services Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Sales & Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Degree level or relevant experience preferential
  • Minimum 2-3 Years within the Telecoms, Finance, Mobile and ISP environment
  • Minimum 2-3 Years Sales Experience
  • Proven sales record in a solution selling environment
  • Previous Experience in technology, preferably Direct Touch end user as well as Channel/Re-seller management
  • Sales planning and strategy
  • Ownership - able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams to get results
  • Able to cultivate trust and credibility with team and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of business
  • Relationship building and key account management skills
  • Good negotiation and deal closing skills under pressure
  • Excellent Leadership, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities
Sales:

  • Establish a high-performance Sales Team with a focus on accomplishing target revenue objectives by orienting, training and mentoring.
  • Communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, developing and reviewing compensation plans.
  • Enforcing policies and procedures in line with company objectives
  • Achieve sales objectives by making recommendations to company strategic plans and reviews.
  • Preparing and completing action plans, implement customer-service standards, resolve problems, identifying trends and implement change.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by leading and coaching sales representatives.
  • Build and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers and identify new customer opportunities.

Marketing:

  • Define, drive and manage marketing plans
  • Define, drive and manage the go-to-market strategy and budget in conjunction with internal Marketing resource
  • Execute campaigns and marketing plans and strategies and design activities
  • Drive lead generation and new business development in conjunction with Internal Marketing resource
  • Oversee all marketing communication including:
    • Branding,
    • PR,
    • Advertising,
    • Social media and other marketing collateral's in conjunction with Marketing resource Budget and manage all marketing expenses.
    • Drive the identification of leads and insights from customer experience surveys, reports and marketing analytics.
