we are looking for a good and competent personal assistant who will act as a point of contact between the manager and the clients and also take dictations and minutes in presentation and meetings.

Basic responsibilities:

  • process travel arrangements and also take down dictations and minutes in meetings
  • set up meetings and appointments with clients whether internal or external
  • source office supplies and maintain office filing system

requirements

  • ability to multi task  and manage time 
  • proven working experience as a personal assistant
  • good knowledge of MS office
  • ability to work under pressure
  • good commuincation skills
  • should be fluent in speaking english language
