we are looking for a good and competent personal assistant who will act as a point of contact between the manager and the clients and also take dictations and minutes in presentation and meetings.
Basic responsibilities:
- process travel arrangements and also take down dictations and minutes in meetings
- set up meetings and appointments with clients whether internal or external
- source office supplies and maintain office filing system
requirements
- ability to multi task and manage time
- proven working experience as a personal assistant
- good knowledge of MS office
- ability to work under pressure
- good commuincation skills
- should be fluent in speaking english language
