ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Our client is an illustrious company of oil sends crusher and refiners based in Ibadan, including two other subsidiary companies in the plastic industry.
Growth and progress has characterized the companys operations over the years. The company wants to employ an experienced, committed and intelligent person to fill the vacant position of ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
-B.SC or HND Secretarial administration or management or B.SC or HND Business Administration or its equivalent
-Must be computer literate
WORKING EXPERIENCE
-Must possess a minimum of three (3) years secretarial / administrative experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
-The incumbent will be responsible to the Managing director / chief executive officer for performance of all secretarial and administrative functions within managing director / chief executive officers.
-He/she will performance the dual role of being the secretary to the chief executive officer and of the management meeting.
QUALITIES
-Must be competent, hard working, dynamic, self-motivated, trust worthy and results-oriented.
-Faithfulness and loyalty to management is second to none.
ACCOMMODATION
-Free accommodation shall be provided for the successful candidate at Ibadan, if the candidate elects.
