Our client is looking to staff a project office for a government empowerment program. Hence, we are looking for a competent and dedicated individual for one year contract position for the role of;

 

Job Title: Manager, Partnership & Stakeholders (MPS)

 

Job Location: FCT, Abuja (ideal applicants should be resident in Abuja. Applicants who are willing to relocate to Abuja are welcome. However, please note there is no consideration for relocation allowance).

 

ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Directly reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Directly supervises: Partnership/Stakeholder Development Officers

 

JOB PURPOSE

• To establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with a wide range of partners, stakeholders and audiences that the Program targets.

• To drive program success and sustainability by proactively identifying, lobbying for and securing involvement from a range of stakeholders.

• Identify and manage partnership issues through all stages of the engagement process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS

Management/Administrative Responsibilities

1. Develop creative ways to partner with companies in order to maximize their involvement and support of Trade Moni.

2. Oversee success metrics, tracking and reporting of partner acquisition efforts.

3. Assist partner sales officers and enumerators with data capturing opportunities and engagements

4. Strategically identify key high level targets; responsible for directly confirming sponsorships to drive revenue support for program

5. Manage sponsor deliverable process, communication with Marketing and Event Managers to ensure sponsorship commitments are delivered

6. Oversee administrative function that manages contracts and payments with confirmed Sponsors

 

Technical/Professional Responsibilities

1. Manage all pre-event and onsite partnership relations and communications, ensuring excellent support and overall experience

2. Train, mentor and manage the partnership management team, ensuring company and event goals are met and weekly and personnel-related issues are managed

3. Revise all partnership management master templates as necessary; execute and manage adoption by team

4. Manage the partnership management team, providing guidance and setting goals on a weekly basis; post, review and hire staff as determined

 

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

• Key deliverables are produced within agreed timeframes to required standards

• Engagement reports are comprehensive and submitted within established timeframe

 

MINIMUM REQUIRED JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and Professional:

• First degree (or its equivalent) in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent education and/or experience.

 

Experience:

• Minimum three years of business development or direct revenue generation experience ideal

• Experience working with events where sponsorships were sold and managed.

Proposed Salary:

Ranges between N350, 000 - N420, 000 monthly (based on experience) for the one year contract duration.
