Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The candidate will oversee the repair, installation and upkeep of the company’s facilities.

Scope of Work

  • He or She will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.
  • The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.

Job Requirements

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across the project
  • Manage pipeline corrosion prevention, coating, metallurgy, failure analysis, and repair standards
  • Participate in the development of, and give technical input on longer-term issues concerning the future operation of pipeline, facilities, i.e. projects, budget management, best practices, long-range planning / optimization, emerging technologies, etc.
  • Develop maintenance planning procedures and set up maintenance planning functions
  • Drive the maintenance and reliability initiative focused on preventive & predictive maintenance, not reactive.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum of a second class lower Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related science disciplines.
  • Age: 30 – 45 Years.

Requisite Skills:

  • Minimum of 12-15 years experience in the Oil & Gas sector of which at least 8 years must be in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams
  • Must be able to take concrete and effective decisions.
  • Good understanding of oil and gas facility maintenance activities..
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Title: Site Manager (Land)
Location: Lagos

Scope of Work

  • He or she will oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards.
  • As a site manager, you could be responsible for a whole site or, with larger schemes, you may be responsible for part of a project and report to a more senior manager. He or she will also ensure that work complies with building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements.

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate the setup of temporary site offices and accommodation.
  • Oversee land sites’ operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively to project stakeholders.
  • Determine and coordinate labour, materials and equipment required for completion of all construction activities.
  • Develop work packages aimed at zero re-work and exceptional quality, and track and measure crew productivity to meet these guidelines.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum of a second class lower bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Age: 30 – 45 Years

Requisite Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 or more years experience in construction within the Oil & Gas industry and 5 years in supervisory position.
  • Must be able to interpret engineering drawings; P&IDs, Layouts, Isometrics, General Arrangement etc.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Pipeline Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Pipeline engineers are responsible for the design, construction, operation, quality control, and maintenance of pipelines and pipeline transportation systems.

Scope of Work

  • Candidate will Manage overall operations of crude oil and/or natural gas pipelines.
  • Ensures safe and efficient operations of the pipeline system.
  • Serves as a company representative on regulatory and environmental issues.

Job Requirements

  • Assist with the selection of laying spread/methods and perform/review installation design analysis for the pipeline system.
  • Oversee the bid evaluation and procurements phases.
  • Compile the alignment sheets and design manual.
  • Verify and act upon the remarks of the Client/Certifying Body.
  • Assist the pipeline lead or the project engineering manager for solving technical problems arising during project development and for interfacing/supporting the procurement department
  • Perform/verify all discipline analyses and calculation notes required to design the pipelines system, including the engineering activities of third parties/sub-contractors.
  • Define standards and procedures for the relative engineering area and contribute to software evaluations.
  • Develop engineering designs and diagrams related to pipeline.
  • Review Client’s technical documentation and requirements.
  • Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation and contribute in updating Company standards.
  • Review the Client’s technical documents during the bid phase.
  • Prepare the design basis/CTRs for the pipeline design and interface with the relative process and structures and installation.
  • Prepare the technical specifications and data sheets for material purchasing.
  • Check the results of surveys carried out by sub-contractors.
  • Optimize the laying route.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or any related Engineering course.
  • Age: 30 – 45 Years
