Job Details
- Ensure a detailed preventive maintenance plan as per Company Asset care strategy .
- Ensure all maintenance activities conducted according to agreed maintenance plans
- Appropriate staff mix in place to effectively plan, carry out and review all maintenance activities.
- Ensure Inventory level of spares are within budget.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with SC colleagues to review, discuss and plan operational issues.
- Conduct capability gap analyses to determine both current and future development needs for all engineering staff
- Ensure technicians are appropriately skilled to complete required maintenance activities as planned.
- Achieves KPIs of
- PM Tasks completion
- Maintenance schedule compliance
- Machine breakdown
- Ensure spares planning is done to support all maintenance task and breakdowns.
- Ensure spares availability as per plan and agreed budget
- Ensure spares ordering, follow up, receipt issue and other stores processes are adhered to.

Education level
- HND/B.Eng (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) with 5 years experience needed
