Responsibilities
• Ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
• Responsible for the financial success of the store.
• Engage and inspire our customers on the floor
• Add joy to our customers’ lives
• Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet
• Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the store.
• Build customer loyalty by providing prompt and exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels and appealing merchandise displays.
• Provide critical leadership for Customer Experience Managers and Customer Experience Representative
Candidate Requirements
• A university degree/HND/OND in any discipline
• A track record of success in previous retail endeavours.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills.
