We are a reputable Oil and Gas Services company with offices in Nigeria and United Kingdom, specialising in GRE pipes fabrication, installation and maintenance. Due to rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity with us as a Business Development Executive has arisen.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Job Description:

- You will work as a trusted and integral team member reporting directly to the Head of Business Development and Procurement. You will be responsible for researching new business opportunities and finding new clients, leveraging the companys reputation and your own industry contacts to best effect.
Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring bids tendered are successful.
- Ensuring full payment for all services rendered.
- Keeping abreast of market opportunities and projects.
- Meeting monthly departmental targets.
- Organising presentations about companys products to clients.
- Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
- Effectively managing clients accounts to ensure full achievement of departmental targets.
- Developing opportunities to sell products to existing clients.
- Generating Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Bid/Tender writing and submissions.
- Prompt preparation of daily updates and weekly activity reports.
Academic Qualification
- Potential candidates should possess a minimum of BSc or HND in any field.
- Additional professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
- A minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a Business Development Unit, Engineering or Oil and Gas sector preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Exceptional planning and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies.

- Must have a strong passion for sales and marketing and should be self-motivated.
