Lovonus Microfinance Bank is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria under the Bank & Other Financial Institution Act (BOFIA) of 1991 (as amended) and the National Microfinance Regulatory and Supervisory Framework of December 2009. Lovonus Microfinance Bank is one of the largest financial services in the Banking industry. The bank provides corporate, commercial, SME, consumer and personal (retail) banking services to the Nigerian customer, served through diverse channels.We have proven expertise and capacity in key sectors of economies across the Nigeria including Oil and Gas, Infrastructure Finance, Agric and Commodity/Export.

Job Brief

We are looking for talented individuals like yourself to join our Team to enrich the lives of our customers.

Responsibilities

Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by Lovonus Microfinance Bank.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business loans and investments to draw in more revenue from clients.
Reviewing clients'feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in the industry to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
Previous experience in Banking is an added advantage.
Good marketing skills and negotiation skills
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Professional yet affable disposition.
Interpersonal and confident personality
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, withoutstanding research skills.
Emboldened by challenges.
